One of my hobbies is cooking. I like many kinds of food, but there are three types that have my preference: Indian cooking, Japanese cooking and vegetarian cooking.

I like Indian food for its heat, and vegetarian cooking for its lack of meat. Japanese cooking excells in modesty and simplicity and can be quite refined. Below you'll mostly find recipes that I devised myself, mostly based on these three cuisines in either combination.
